Key Qualifications & Requirements
To ensure high standards of education, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Native English Speaker from an English-speaking country.
- Experience: At least 2 years of verifiable kindergarten or early childhood teaching experience (Must provide a reference letter).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Certification: TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate.
- Personal Traits: Patient, energetic, creative, and passionate about child development.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive English lessons tailored for children aged 3–6.
- Use storytelling, songs, games, and crafts to create a fun learning atmosphere.
- Work cooperatively with Chinese co-teachers to manage classroom activities and student care.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates.
- Participate in school festivals, events, and professional development training.
