Full-Time Kindergarten & Elementary English Instructor – Sokcho
Beautiful Coastal Location: This full-time position in the scenic coastal town of Sokcho offers a highly structured, native-supported teaching environment with a manageable 5 hours of average daily teaching time.
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and enthusiastic English instructor dedicated to working with young learners (primarily kindergarten-focused). This position features a well-structured curriculum and a supportive team of native English co-teachers, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality lessons and engaging early childhood development.
Compensation and Housing Benefits
- Base Salary: ₩2,700,000 – ₩2,900,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and interview performance)
- Housing Support: Employer-provided comfortable housing accommodation.
- Start Date: August 2026
Vacation and Benefits
- Paid Vacation: 11–12 paid vacation days annually plus national holidays.
- Health & Security: Paid sick leave provided.
- Financial Security: Full severance pay upon successful completion of the 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for daily lessons efficiently in advance utilizing the school’s well-structured curriculum.
- Conduct engaging, high-quality English classes for young learners aged 4–7 and early elementary students.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom environment that fosters early language acquisition.
- Collaborate effectively with the existing team of native English teachers on staff.
Ideal Candidate
- Language: Native-level English speaker.
- Visa Status: Must hold a valid E-2 visa or F-series visa.
- Documentation: Must have all required apostilled documents ready for immediate processing.
- Skills: Energetic personality, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for kindergarten-focused education.
