Premium Kindergarten English Teacher Needed – Chengdu, Sichuan, China (ASAP Start)

Position Details
- Location: Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China (Famous for its relaxed lifestyle and giant pandas!)
- Job Title: Kindergarten English Teacher
- Start Date: ASAP (Immediate / Urgent Hiring)
- Student Age Group: 3 to 4 years old (Early Childhood Learners)
Work Schedule & Balanced Daily Routine
Enjoy a highly comfortable daily routine with a generous 2.5-hour afternoon rest break:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekends off)
- Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Mid-day Break: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM (14:00) — Perfect for lunch, rest, or personal time!
- Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM (14:00) – 5:30 PM (17:30)
Exceptional After-Tax Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 22,000 RMB After Tax (Take-home pay)
- Housing Allowance: An additional 1,500 RMB After Tax per month to secure comfortable accommodation.
- Paid Seasonal Vacation: Enjoy 2 to 4 weeks of Summer Break and 2 to 3 weeks of Winter Break, beautifully compensated at 10,000 RMB After Tax per month during these periods!
- Flight Allowance: 10,000 RMB annual flight allowance to support your travel or relocation costs.
- Contract Completion Bonus: A generous 10,000 RMB bonus awarded upon successful completion of the academic contract year.
- Visa Support: Legal Work Visa (Z Visa) fully supported and processed by the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons tailored for toddlers and young children aged 3 to 4.
- Utilize play-based, musical, and storytelling methodologies to tap into children’s natural wonder and curiosity.
- Maintain a safe, warm, and highly supportive classroom environment that fosters emotional and social growth.
- Collaborate actively with local co-teachers and staff to ensure effective classroom routines.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a Native English speaker status with a completed Bachelor’s degree or higher (to meet China’s foreign expert work permit regulations).
- Genuinely loves spending time with young children; energetic, patient, and highly responsible.
- A recognized TEFL/TESOL certificate (120 hours) is highly preferred.
- Candidates with all clean apostilled criminal background checks and degree documents ready for immediate visa submission will be strongly prioritized.
