Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences that reflect a deep understanding of curriculum content, child development, and diverse student needs.
- Design engaging, creative, and coherent lesson plans that actively involve and inspire young learners.
- Establish and maintain effective classroom routines while guiding student behavior in positive, constructive ways.
- Foster a warm, respectful, inclusive, and emotionally supportive classroom environment.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain premium teaching materials, classroom setups, and interactive learning displays.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Native English speaker (to comply with local foreign expert work permit regulations).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. A major in Education or Early Childhood is preferred; otherwise, a recognized teaching license (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or state license) is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven homeroom teaching experience in a kindergarten setting (Prior experience teaching within China is highly preferred).
- Candidate Profile: Energetic, patient, responsible, possessing strong interpersonal communication skills, and someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children.
