Position 1: Manager, Student Residence (Full-Time, Permanent)
We are seeking an operational leader to shape the entire boarding experience for our student community. This onsite role balances strategic planning, daily operations, and community-building to ensure a safe, nurturing, and vibrant environment for residential students.
Job Highlights

- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Exempt role – no overtime)

Key Responsibilities & Scope
- Take on a pivotal leadership role shaping the entire student boarding experience.
- Manage, coach, and schedule a dedicated team of 4–6 residential staff members.
- Balance daily administrative work with active community-building programs.
- Enjoy partial remote administrative flexibility while remaining dedicated to onsite operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in student boarding or residential operations.
- Management Skills: Strong team leader experienced in coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Crisis Management: Sound judgment and exceptional calm under pressure during emergency situations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field.
- Certifications (Non-Negotiable): Must hold current CPR/First Aid certification AND a valid BC Class 4 Driver’s License.
- Availability: Ready to work evenings, weekends, and participate in an on-call emergency rotation.
Position 2: IB Teacher (Multiple Subjects) – 2027–28 Academic Year

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an IB educator with an inquiry-based, adaptive teaching approach.
- Certification: Must hold, or be immediately eligible for, British Columbia (BC) Teacher Certification.
