Primary School English Teacher Wanted – Beijing, China (August 2026 Start)

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Native English Speaker to join our faculty as a Primary ELA & Homeroom Teacher in Beijing. Position Details
- Location: Beijing, China
- Job Title: Primary ELA & Homeroom Teacher
- Start Date: August 2026
- Class Size: Up to 25 students per class
- Teaching Workload: Up to 25 teaching periods per week, with each period lasting 45 minutes
Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 24,000 – 28,000 RMB Pre-Tax (Based on qualifications and experience)
- Housing Allowance: 4,000 RMB per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to 14,000 RMB pre-tax (Paid in July upon successful completion of the annual contract)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English Language Arts (ELA) lessons aligned seamlessly with the school’s established curriculum.
- Serve as the dedicated homeroom teacher, fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom community.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student development and academic performance.
- Adapt instructional teaching methods to effectively suit a class size of up to 25 primary students.
- Assess and monitor student progress continuously, providing timely feedback to support optimal learning outcomes.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Native English speaker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject field.
- Certification: A 120-hour online TEFL/TESOL course, PGCE, or a recognized teaching certification is required.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven teaching experience in the specific area assigned to teach.
- Background: A clear national criminal police background check.
