ASAP: Part-Time Online English Teachers Needed (1-on-1, Long-Term)

We are seeking enthusiastic and creative Native English Teachers to deliver engaging 1-on-1 online lessons to young learners aged 6 to 12. Position Overview
- Work Type: Part-Time, Online (Work from Home)
- Job Title: Online English Teacher (1-on-1 Lessons)
- Start Date: ASAP (Candidates must be available to join immediately)
- Student Age Group: Kids aged 6 to 12 years old
- Contract Type: Long-term cooperation
Work Schedule & Hours
- Weekly Commitment: 5 to 6 hours per week.
- Schedule Stability: Fixed, regular weekly schedule.
- Lesson Structure: 1 hour consists of 50 minutes of active teaching followed by a 10-minute break.
Compensation and Payments
- Hourly Rate: 100 RMB per hour.
- Payment Cycle: Earnings are paid on the 15th working day of the following month.
- Inclusions: Complete curriculum, lesson materials, and training sessions are provided at no cost.
Job Requirements & Technical Profile
- Nationality: Native English speakers from the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia only.
- Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Certification: Valid TEFL or TESOL certificate (minimum 120 hours).
- Age Range: 25 to 45 years old.
- Experience: Prior online English teaching experience is a strict MUST.
- Core Skills: Ability to deliver highly engaging, creative, and interactive 1-on-1 lessons for young learners.
- Technical Requirement: A stable, high-speed Wi-Fi/internet connection and a proper remote teaching setup.
Interview Process
All qualified applicants will undergo an online evaluation process consisting of:
- An online panel interview.
- A short, 10-to-15-minute teaching demo lesson.
