Kindergarten English Homeroom Teacher Needed – Hangzhou, China (August Start)

Position Details

- Start Date: August 2026
- Student Age Group: 2–6 years old
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 26,000 RMB After-Tax (Salary negotiable for exceptional candidates)
- Housing Allowance: 2,000 RMB per month
- Contract Bonus: Contract completion bonus to be discussed in detail during the interview phase
- Paid Vacation: Approximately 15 days each for Winter and Summer holidays (paid at half salary), plus all official Chinese calendar legal holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead homeroom teacher for children aged 2–6, managing daily routines and classroom environment.
- Plan and deliver theme-based, play-friendly lessons that effectively support language, social, and motor development.
- Observe, track, and document each child’s learning progress, and conduct professional parent-teacher meetings.
- Guide young learners in daily self-care, emotional expression, and positive peer interactions.
- Actively participate in kindergarten events, collaborative team planning, and training sessions.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Native English speaker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or related field preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a kindergarten setting.
- Candidate Profile: Possesses a genuine enjoyment of working with toddlers and young children; patient, energetic, and self-disciplined.
- Core Values: Strong sense of responsibility, a good learner, and open to challenges and innovations.
