Kindergarten English Homeroom Teacher Needed – Shenzhen, China (June Start)

Compensation and Premium Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 24,000 – 28,000 RMB (Highly Competitive After-Tax Package)
- Housing Allowance: 4,000 – 6,000 RMB per month
- Flight Allowance: Up to 8,000 RMB (Pre-Tax) per academic year for economy class tickets

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences tailored to diverse student needs and curriculum content.
- Design engaging, coherent lessons that actively involve and inspire young learners.
- Establish and maintain effective classroom routines while guiding student behavior using positive methods.
- Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive classroom environment for all children.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain creative teaching materials, classroom setups, and learning displays.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Native English speaker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education-related major preferred). If the degree is in another field, a recognized teaching license (e.g., PGCE) or equivalent is strictly required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven homeroom teaching experience specifically in a kindergarten setting (Experience within China is highly preferred).
- Core Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a genuine love for spending time with young children.
