Elementary Homeroom Teacher Job in South Korea – July 2026 Start
A reputable international education institute is seeking qualified Elementary Homeroom Teachers for the 2026–2027 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators currently residing in Korea to join a well-structured school offering a balanced curriculum, professional development, and a supportive teaching environment.
- Position: Elementary Homeroom Teacher
- Starting Date: July 17, 2026
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Student Level: Grades 1 – 5
- Class Size: 10 – 18 students
- Teaching Load: Maximum 5 classes per day
- Salary: From 2.8 Million KRW per month (Negotiable)
- Housing: Housing or 500,000 KRW allowance (for foreign teachers)
- Benefits: Four insurances, severance pay, free cafeteria lunch
- Vacation: National holidays + 4 personal/sick days + 2 weeks winter + 4 weeks summer
- Training: Initial teacher training and ongoing professional development
Basic Requirements
- Currently residing in Korea
- F-type visa or Korean citizenship
- Eligible for registration with the Ministry of Education
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
