A well-established international kindergarten in Shanghai is seeking a qualified and passionate English teacher to join their team as a Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher starting in March 2026. This position offers a competitive after-tax salary and a supportive teaching environment.

- Start Date: March 2026
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Student Age: 2 – 5 Years Old
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 22,000 – 25,000 RMB per month (After Tax, including housing allowance)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a homeroom class of children aged 2–5 and conduct lessons fully in English.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that support language development and early childhood learning goals.
- Work collaboratively with Chinese co-teachers and support staff.
- Observe, assess, and document students’ development and progress.
- Create a warm, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
- Use songs, games, storytelling, and interactive activities to promote language learning.
Requirements
- Native English Speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (or Bachelor’s Degree with TEFL/TESOL certification)
- At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with kindergarten or early childhood students
- Teaching certification preferred
- Clear and neutral accent with strong communication skills
