Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: RMB 20,000 – 22,000 (Before Tax)
- Housing Allowance: RMB 3,000 per month

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging English lessons for children aged 3–6.
- Assess and document each child’s development while maintaining detailed learning records.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and social-emotional development in a safe learning environment.
- Provide individualized support according to each student’s needs, abilities, and background.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and attend parent-teacher meetings.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, professional training sessions, and teaching development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience in kindergarten or with children aged 3–6.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide a health clearance report.
- Previous recommendation letters required.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office.
