Job Description
The position involves teaching both kindergarten and lower elementary students (1stβ2nd grade). Students range in age from 3 to 10 years old. The curriculum is provided by the school, and teachers are expected to deliver engaging and interactive lessons that encourage participation and learning in a fun environment.
Working Conditions
- Working Days: Monday β Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 am β 5:00 pm
- Weekly Teaching Hours: Average 21 hours
- Current Foreign Teachers: 3
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 2.4 β 2.6 million KRW per month (commensurate with experience)
- Housing: Free housing provided or 300,000 KRW monthly allowance
- Vacation: 15 days annually
- Insurance & Pension: National medical insurance, pension, and severance pay included
