Teaching Opportunity in Cheongju

We are seeking a friendly and motivated English teacher for a great position in Cheongju, South Korea. This role is ideal for those who enjoy teaching elementary students and want to experience the charm of a mid-sized Korean city with great cultural appeal.

Position Details:

Location: Cheongju, South Korea
Starting Date: Late August 2025
Working Days: Monday through Friday
School Hours: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Student Level: Elementary Students

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: 2.4 million KRW
Vacation: 11 paid vacation days plus Korean National Holidays
Housing: Furnished one-room apartment or housing allowance

Candidate Requirements:

Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
E-2 or F-series visa holders or eligible
TEFL/TESOL certification preferred
Responsible and passionate about teaching young learners
