Working Days: Teachers can choose 4 days per month, including one Saturday
Working Hours:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 am – 11:00 am
- Evening Shift: 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm
- Total of 9 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: 2.2-2.4 million won per month
- Saturday Shift: 180,000 won per day
- Vacation: 15 days in the first year
- Housing Allowance: 500,000 won provided, plus 10 million key money
- Booking Rate: 250,000 won up to 650,000 won
- Fixed Salary Option: Teachers can opt for a fixed salary of 2.65 million won per month if they prefer stability
- Salary in USD: Basic salary ranges from $1,650 to $1,800 per month
