Qualifications:
- British, American, Canadian, and Australian nationals preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Early Childhood Education preferred).
- Enjoy working with children.
- More than 1 year of teaching experience (children teaching experience preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Lead 2-6 year old children in English learning, creating an immersive language environment.
- Ensure the effective implementation of English lessons and teaching plans, providing feedback for improvement.
- Assist in demonstration classes and marketing activities.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring timely communication and understanding of children’s performance.
- Participate in on-site training, embracing new teaching models and educational concepts.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: ¥20,000-¥26,000, ($2,500 – $3,500+) including free lunch
- 8 hours of work on weekends, Monday to Friday
- Annual travel allowance of ¥10,000
- Paid vacation: 2 days per week, 11 days on Chinese statutory holidays, 1 day on Christmas
- Winter Vacation: 2 weeks (including 3 days for Spring Festival)
- Summer Vacation: 2 weeks
