Job Description:
- Students’ Age Range: 3-6 years old
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday
- Working Address: Courtyard No.2 West Third Ring North Road, HaiDian District, Beijing
Responsibilities:
- Conduct English teaching for children in a warm and cheerful manner.
- Organize engaging indoor and outdoor activities for kids.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, maintaining daily teaching records.
- Observe and record children’s daily behaviors.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to ensure the safety of the class.
- Adhere to kindergarten regulations.
Personal Qualities Required:
- Native English Speaker with a bachelor’s degree or above.
- Clear pronunciation and a pure English accent.
- EFL teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL.
- Strong communication and team player skills.
- Passionate about education and love for children.
- Skills in instruments, dancing, singing, music, painting, PE, or sports are preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: 25,000-30,000 CNY before tax (Approximately $3,500-$4,200 USD)
