- Bachelor’s Degree from a Famous University or Master’s Degree
- Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 CNY ($2500 – $3500). Basic salary of 10,000 CNY in August, fully paid for the other eleven months.
- Apartment Provided: Typically a pre-rented two-bedroom apartment. If unsatisfied, teachers can choose to rent their own accommodation at their own expense.
- Teaching Hours: English course duration is 13 weeks with no more than 20 teaching hours per week.
- Summer and Winter Camps: The company organizes summer and winter camps during vacations, usually lasting for 7 days. Teachers are required to participate.
- Flight Reimbursement: Air tickets reimbursed once a year, with a maximum limit of 10,000 CNY.
