Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Native-level English speakers located in the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand (visa requirement)
- Teaching experience preferred
- TEFL/TESOL Required
- Must qualify for a legal Z Visa
- Full-time availability (Monday – Friday, 8 am-5 pm, 40 hours per week)
- Clean criminal record and good health
- Exhibit a passion for early education and enthusiasm for learning
Responsibilities:
- Daily Teaching: Responsible for English teaching and Global Perspectives teaching in three classes.
- Foreign Head Teacher: Serve as the foreign head teacher for the classes.
- Cultural Activities: Participate in the preparation and implementation of various cultural activities at the school as required.
- Parent-School Communication: Provide timely feedback on students’ learning to ensure effective communication with parents.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 RMB per month (including a housing allowance) depending on qualifications, experience, and school location
