Position Information
- Location: Shenzhen, China
- Start Date: Late June 2026
- Position: Kindergarten English Homeroom Teacher
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 24,000 – 28,000 RMB (After Tax)
- Housing Allowance: 4,000 – 6,000 RMB per month
- Yearly Contract Bonus: Paid each academic year
- Flight Allowance: Up to 8,000 RMB (pre-tax) annually
- Relocation Allowance: Hotel accommodation support provided

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Create engaging and interactive lessons for young learners
- Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behavior guidance
- Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive classroom environment
- Prepare and organize classroom materials, displays, and teaching resources
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Education-related major preferred
- If degree is unrelated to education, a recognized teaching license (PGCE or equivalent) is required
- Minimum 2 years of kindergarten homeroom teaching experience
- Previous teaching experience in China preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, patient, responsible, and passionate about working with young children
