Kindergarten Homeroom English Teacher – Hangzhou, China (August Start)

Position Details
- Location: Hangzhou, China
- Job Title: Homeroom English Teacher
- Start Date: August 2026
- Student Age Group: 2–6 years old
Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 26,000 RMB (After Tax, Negotiable for exceptional candidates)
- Housing Allowance: 2,000 RMB per month
- Paid Vacation: Approximately 15 days for Winter and 15 days for Summer holiday (With half pay)
- Additional Perks: Contract completion bonus (to be discussed during interview) and all official Chinese Legal Holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead teacher, managing daily classroom routines and creating a safe learning environment.
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based lessons focused on language, social, and motor skills development.
- Observe, track, and document each child’s progress, and maintain active communication through parent-teacher meetings.
- Support children in emotional expression, positive social peer interactions, and basic self-care routines.
- Actively participate in kindergarten events, professional training sessions, and collaborative team planning.
Job Requirements
- Nationality: Native English speaker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or a related field is highly preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a professional kindergarten setting.
- Candidate Profile: Highly responsible, patient, energetic, and open to continuous learning and innovative teaching challenges.
