We are currently seeking Native English instructors to deliver high-quality 1-on-1 lessons to students aged 6 to 12. All teaching materials and comprehensive training are provided.<\/p>\n<h3>Position Overview<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> ASAP<\/li>\n<li><strong>Teaching Hours:<\/strong> 5 to 6 hours per week (Regular schedule)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Class Format:<\/strong> 1-on-1 online sessions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Session Length:<\/strong> 60 minutes (50 mins teaching + 10 mins break)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rate:<\/strong> 100 RMB per hour<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment Schedule:<\/strong> Payments are processed on the 15th working day of the following month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Native Speakers Only:<\/strong> Must be from the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, or Australia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree holder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Certification:<\/strong> TEFL or TESOL certificate (minimum 120 hours).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Previous online teaching experience is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Age Range:<\/strong> 25 to 45 years old.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Needs:<\/strong> A stable and high-speed WIFI connection is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Application &amp; Interview Process<\/h3>\n<p>Qualified applicants will be invited to a panel interview conducted online.
