Participation in teachers &amp; parents meetings and activities held in the kindergarten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your package includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Base Salary: USD 2472-3592 (RMB 16,000 &#8211; 23,000) after tax.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Monthly Bonus: <strong>USD 309 (RMB 2,000)<\/strong> after tax\u2014calculated based on teacher&#8217;s performance data.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Accommodation Allowance: USD 309 (RMB 2,000) after tax.<\/li>\n<li>Airport Pickup Assistance and Grounding Service.<\/li>\n<li>Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.<\/li>\n<li>Airfare Bonus: <strong>USD 1100 (8,000 RMB)<\/strong> can be reimbursed upon fulfilling the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance: Commercial medical insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Public Holiday: 19 public holidays off annually.<\/li>\n<li>Annual Holiday: 5 days of annual paid leave.<\/li>\n<li>Summer &amp; Winter Holiday: 2 weeks of paid summer holiday and 1 week of paid winter holiday.<\/li>\n<li>Pay Day: 15th of each month.<\/li>\n<li>Training: On-board orientation, monthly training, and online training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other benefits include organized team-building activities and festival gifts as per the kindergarten&#8217;s arrangements.
