As a teacher in our organization, you will have several responsibilities including:
- Planning, evaluating, and delivering lessons.
- Introducing children to mathematics, language, science, and social studies.
- Utilizing various tools such as games, music, artwork, films, books, and computers to teach basic skills.
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement school activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Ensuring children’s daily learning and well-being at the kindergarten, with a focus on their safety.
- Writing quarterly progress reports to record children’s development and maintaining regular communication with parents.
Requirements to Teach English:
To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Native English Speaker.
- Age: Less than 50 years old.
- Proficiency in English at an idiomatic level.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Candidates with degrees in Education, Linguistics, or English are given priority).
- Experience: TEFL or other teaching certificate OR a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
- Willingness to relocate to China.
- Personal attributes: Organized, a team player, outgoing, friendly, patient, and genuinely concerned about children’s well-being.
Teacher Responsibilities:
- Student age range: 2 – 6 years old.
- Class size: 20 – 25 students in one class.
- Location: Beijing / Xiamen.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Curriculum: Multimedia-based, <KIDSKISS English>.
- Chinese Teaching Assistant: Supported by three Chinese teachers.
- Work Content Details: Organizing activities for children throughout the day, including teaching time, outdoor activities, learning center time, transition time, snack time, and other classroom activities. Participation in teachers & parents meetings and activities held in the kindergarten.
Compensation and Benefits:
Your package includes:
- Base Salary: USD 2472-3592 (RMB 16,000 – 23,000) after tax.
- Monthly Bonus: USD 309 (RMB 2,000) after tax—calculated based on teacher’s performance data.
- Monthly Accommodation Allowance: USD 309 (RMB 2,000) after tax.

- Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.
- Airfare Bonus: USD 1100 (8,000 RMB) can be reimbursed upon fulfilling the contract.
