We are currently hiring motivated and enthusiastic English teachers to join a reputable academy in Igok-dong, Daegu. This position is open for immediate start or by August 2025. If you’re passionate about education and eager to teach in one of Korea’s most vibrant cities, we encourage you to apply!
Location:
- City: Daegu, South Korea
- Neighborhood: Igok-dong
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP or no later than August 2025
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Student Levels: Elementary and Middle School
- Monthly Salary: 2.5 to 2.6 million KRW + housing
Benefits:
- Furnished one-room housing or housing allowance provided
- 11 vacation days plus national holidays

- Severance pay upon completion of contract
- National Pension and Health Insurance (50/50 contribution)
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Clean national criminal background check
- Eligible for an E-2 or F-series visa
- TEFL/TESOL certification or previous ESL experience preferred
