Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: 18,000 – 21,000 RMB (before tax); negotiable for exceptional candidates
Free apartment provided
Paid winter vacation (approx. 1 month)
Unpaid summer vacation (approx. 2 months), with paid summer program options available

Responsibilities

Teach English to high school students using engaging and effective methods
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
Encourage active classroom participation and interaction
Attend school meetings and staff development sessions
Provide constructive feedback and language support to students

Requirements

Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, English, or Linguistics preferred)
At least 1 year of high school teaching experience
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or other teaching certification preferred
Passionate about education and able to adapt to Chinese culture
