Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with China’s national curriculum.
Teach primary (Grades 1–6) or high school students (Grades 10–12).
Maximum 20 teaching hours/week (class size: 35–40 students).
Participate in curriculum development, student assessments, and parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain regular office hours and foster a positive learning environment encouraging cross-cultural communication.

Requirements:

Native English speaker.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
TEFL/TESOL certification (120 hours preferred).
Minimum 6 months of teaching/tutoring experience. K–12 classroom experience preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Primary School Salary: 16,000–18,000 RMB/month
High School Salary: Up to 22,000 RMB/month
Paid holidays: winter & summer breaks + all Chinese public holidays
