Native English Kindergarten Teacher – Dongtan, South Korea (ASAP Start)
Are you an energetic and passionate educator who loves teaching young learners? Join our dynamic international team in Dongtan, South Korea! We are seeking a dedicated Native English Teacher to help children aged 4–7 build confidence in English through speaking, storytelling, phonics, reading, writing, and arts & crafts in a fun, engaging environment.
Position Overview
- Location: Dongtan, South Korea
- Job Title: Native English Kindergarten Teacher
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Start Date: ASAP Start
- Student Age Group: 4–7 years old
Work Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
- Working Hours: 8:30/9:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM
- Curriculum: Fully structured curriculum and all teaching materials are provided.
Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 2.5 Million KRW and above (Negotiable based on experience)
- Accommodation: Single furnished housing provided OR a monthly Housing Allowance up to 400,000 KRW
- Paid Vacation: 3 weeks paid vacation plus all Korean National Holidays
- Standard Benefits: Airfare reimbursement for relocation, Severance Pay (upon contract completion), and all 4 National Insurances
Candidate Requirements
- Nationality: Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Korea.
- Visa Status: Eligible for an E-2 visa or current F-series visa holders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Documents Ready: Must have an Apostilled diploma and a clean national criminal background check (CRC).
- Health: Must be physically and mentally fit to work with young children.
