Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 RMB per month (pre-tax, including housing allowance)
- Paid Holidays: Approximately 2 weeks at Christmas, 6 weeks in summer, and 2 weeks in winter (including statutory leave)

Key Responsibilities
- Promote respect and inclusivity by honoring diverse cultural, social, and religious backgrounds
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development as a homeroom teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons with clear learning objectives and differentiated instruction
- Prepare and submit lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports as required
- Maintain professional communication with colleagues and school leadership
- Serve as a positive role model in behavior, communication, and professionalism
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or related field preferred)
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent teaching certification required
- Minimum 1–2 years of kindergarten or early childhood teaching experience
- Strong communication skills, clear pronunciation, and engaging teaching style
