Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: RMB 18,000-22,000 before tax (based on experience and qualifications)
- Housing Allowance: RMB 2,000/month
- Visa: Legal work visa (Z visa) sponsorship
- Holidays: Paid Chinese public holidays and winter vacation
- Work Environment: Supportive and friendly teaching team
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Early Childhood Education or related preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant kindergarten or early years teaching experience
- Currently in China preferred
- Passion for working with young children, strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging, age-appropriate English lessons to children aged 3–6
- Create a positive, supportive learning environment
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and team activities
- Collaborate with Chinese teaching staff to ensure holistic child development
