Kindergarten English Teaching Position
We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable English teacher for a full-time position at a reputable private kindergarten in Ansan, located in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy working with young learners in a nurturing and structured environment. With a modern facility, supportive staff, and a strong curriculum, this school offers a rewarding teaching experience just outside of Seoul.
Start Date: Mid-June 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Renewable Contract
Position Overview:
Location: Ansan, Gyeonggi-do (commutable to Seoul)
Start Date: Mid-June 2025
Working Days: Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Teaching Hours End: 4:00 PM
Student Level: Kindergarten only (ages 4–7)
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 2.4 to 3.0 million KRW (depending on qualifications and experience)
Vacation: 15 paid vacation days, in addition to all Korean national holidays
Housing:
- Option 1: New, modern, fully furnished one-room apartment
- Option 2: Monthly housing allowance provided
- Flight Reimbursement: Round-trip airfare provided
- End-of-Contract Bonus: One-month salary (severance pay)
- Insurance: 50% of National Health Insurance and National Pension contributions paid by the employer
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or related fields preferred)
- Has a genuine love for working with young children
- Demonstrates a warm, patient, and creative teaching style
- Prior experience teaching kindergarten is highly desirable but not required
- Must meet visa eligibility for teaching in South Korea
