Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 20,000 – 27,000 RMB before tax (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on working days
- Student Age: 3 – 6 years old
- Accommodation: Housing allowance of 1,000 RMB per month
- Vacation: Public holidays as per State Council + ~20 days fully paid Chinese Spring Festival + 2 months unpaid summer break (option to work in summer camp)
- Yearly Bonus: Up to one month’s salary (based on performance evaluation)
- Flight Allowance: One return air ticket after one-year contract completion
- Health Insurance: Basic healthcare insurance provided
Requirements
- Native English speaker currently residing in China (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in kindergarten/preschool
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (early childhood education-related field preferred)
- Passion for working with young children, patient, and creative
- Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate with local teaching teams
