Kindergarten English Teacher Job Opportunity

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 22,000 – 25,000 RMB per month (after tax)
- Location: Shenzhen, China
- Housing Allowance: 5,000 RMB per month
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver intentional and well-planned English instruction tailored for kindergarten students.
- Maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans that reflect and address the individual interests and developmental abilities of each child.
- Integrate daily instruction of social-emotional skills into classroom activities.
- Facilitate engaging and purposeful Whole-Group Circle Time sessions.
- Conduct intentional and developmentally appropriate Small-Group Teacher Table instruction.
- Foster positive interactions with children, promoting critical thinking and active learning.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:
- Native English Speaker status.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required (a degree in Early Childhood Education, TESOL, or a related field is strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven teaching experience specifically within Chinese kindergartens.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is highly preferred.
- Possess qualities of patience, high energy, and cultural adaptability.
