Job Title:
- Homeroom Teacher (IB Kindergarten)
Salary & Contract:
- Monthly salary: 20,000 – 23,000 RMB (before tax, all-inclusive)
- Full-time contract
Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners.
- Plan and implement lessons aligned with IB curriculum (PYP preferred).
- Support children’s holistic development (social, emotional, cognitive).
- Work collaboratively with local co-teachers, parents, and school staff.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 1 year of kindergarten or early years teaching experience
- IB PYP experience preferred
- Currently residing in China is a plus
- Patient, creative, and passionate about working with children
