IB Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher – Xiamen, China (February 2026)
An international kindergarten in Xiamen, Fujian Province is currently seeking a qualified and experienced IB Homeroom Teacher to join its early childhood education team. This role is ideal for teachers with IB PYP or inquiry-based teaching experience who are passionate about holistic early years education.
Position Overview
- Position: IB Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher (Foreign Teacher)
- Location: Xiamen, Fujian, China
- Start Date: February 2026
- Student Age Group: K3 (responsible for two classes)

Candidate Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Early Childhood Education or English preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred
- IB PYP / PBL (Project-Based Learning) experience highly preferred
- 120-hour TEFL / TESOL certification required
- Eligible for a Chinese work permit
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: RMB 20,000 – 22,000 (pre-tax, housing allowance included)

Teaching Responsibilities
