High School Teaching Position
Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified high school teachers to join our academic team in Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and structured lessons to students aged 15–18, using approved textbooks and curriculum. This role requires a commitment to student development, academic excellence, and cultural adaptability.
Position Title: High School Teacher
Location: Shenzhen City / Guangzhou City, China
Start Date: September 2025
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver effective lessons based on provided textbooks and curriculum standards
- Assign and evaluate homework in a timely and constructive manner
- Design, administer, and assess student tests and examinations
- Provide academic support and individualized attention to help students succeed
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school-related activities as required
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00
- Maximum of 20 teaching lessons per week (each lesson is 40–45 minutes)
Student Age Group:
High school students (ages 15–18)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject area
- Teaching experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Must be eligible for a Chinese Z work visa (clean health and criminal background required)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary of 23,000–25,000 RMB before tax
