Full-Time ESL English Teacher

Position Overview:
Succeed in Education (SIE) is seeking passionate, dedicated ESL educators to join our team of foreign teachers across top-tier kindergartens in Sihui City. We are looking for individuals eager to make a lasting impact in the classroom while embracing a rich cultural exchange experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging instructional lessons using provided textbooks and learning materials.
- Create a dynamic learning environment with clearly defined objectives and active participation.
- Integrate relevant educational technology into lesson delivery and classroom engagement.
- Participate in school-organized events, extracurricular activities, and departmental meetings.
Position Details:
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 2-hour lunch break)
Teaching Load: Maximum of 18 teaching hours per week
Student Age Group: 3 – 6 years old
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: RMB 15,000 – 19,000 (before tax)
Housing: Monthly allowance or school-provided accommodation
Flight Allowance: Provided
Paid Holidays: Winter and summer vacations, plus all official Chinese public holidays
Insurance: Full Chinese health insurance coverage
Visa Support: Legal Z work visa sponsorship and full application assistance
Arrival Support:
- Free hotel accommodation during first week
- Assistance with opening a bank account, securing a phone plan, and apartment hunting
- Ongoing support throughout your contract period
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
Certification: 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate
Background: Clean criminal record and health check (for visa eligibility)
Experience: 0–2 years (1 year preferred; strong candidates without experience will be considered)
