ESL Teaching Position – March 1, 2026 Start
Location: Gangseo-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Campus: Seoul Gangseo Campus
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ESL teacher to join our team starting March 1, 2026 (one week of paid training provided prior to the start date).
This position includes:
- Morning Kindergarten classes (ages 5–7)
- Afternoon Kindergarten or Elementary classes (Grades 1–5), depending on schedule
Working Hours
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
- Additional prep time and classroom breaks included
Compensation
- Starting Salary: 2.6 million KRW per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Severance Bonus: One month’s salary upon successful completion of a one-year contract
Benefits
- Single furnished housing provided OR housing stipend (teacher’s choice)
- Return flight ticket or reimbursement up to 1 million KRW upon contract completion (not applicable for teachers currently residing in Korea)
- 11 paid vacation days annually in addition to national holidays
- 50% of National Health Insurance premium covered by the school
- Monthly contributions to the National Pension Fund (matched according to Korean law)

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
- Native-level English proficiency
- Passion for early childhood and elementary education
- Professional and team-oriented mindset
- Previous ESL teaching experience preferred
