ESL Teaching Position

We are seeking a passionate and professional English teacher to join a well-established private academy in Cheonan, Chungcheong. This opportunity is ideal for educators who love working with young learners and are eager to experience life in one of South Korea’s most livable and student-friendly cities.

Position Overview

Location: Cheonan, Chungcheong, South Korea
Start Date: Early March 2026
Working Days: Monday to Friday
School Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Student Level: Kindergarten & Elementary students

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 2.7 million KRW and above (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
Housing: Furnished single accommodation or housing allowance provided
Vacation: 1 week in summer + 1 week in winter + 1 personal day
Airfare: Provided or reimbursed upon arrival
Severance Pay: Paid upon completion of a one-year contract
Insurance & Pension: National Health Insurance and National Pension coverage

Candidate Requirements

Native English speaker from an approved English-speaking country
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or English major preferred)
Teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) or teaching experience preferred
Professional, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children
