ESL Teaching Job in Bucheon, South Korea

Job Location:
- City: Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do (conveniently located between Seoul and Incheon)

Start Date:
- Contract Start: Early September 2025
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Student Age Group:
- Kindergarten and Elementary School Students
Salary and Compensation:
- Base Salary: ₩2.6 million KRW/month (negotiable based on experience)
- Housing: Fully furnished one-room apartment or ₩400,000 monthly housing allowance
- Vacation: 11 paid vacation days + all national Korean holidays (red days)
Full Benefits Package:
- Round-trip airfare reimbursement
- Severance bonus (equivalent to one month’s salary upon contract completion)
- 50% paid National Health Insurance
- Enrollment in the Korean National Pension Plan
ESL Teacher Requirements:
- Native English speaker (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa)
- Bachelor’s degree (any field – Education/TESOL preferred)
- Eligible for an E-2 or F-series visa
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred but not mandatory
- Positive attitude and passion for teaching young learners
