Position Details:

Position: Full-time IB Homeroom Teacher
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off

Responsibilities:

Serve as a lead teacher in an IB PYP kindergarten classroom
Create a nurturing and inquiry-based learning environment
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB framework

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 RMB before tax (depending on experience & qualifications)
Housing Allowance: 5,000 RMB/month
Airfare Allowance: 8,000 RMB/year (upon completion of 1-year contract)
Performance Bonus: 10% of annual base salary (paid at end of academic year)
Moving Compensation: 2,000 RMB
Free meals provided on workdays
International Medical Insurance
All Chinese Public Holidays off

Requirements:

Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above (Early Childhood Education preferred)
Minimum 1 year experience as a lead kindergarten/early years teacher
Familiarity with the IB PYP curriculum is highly desirable
Genuine passion for early childhood education
