Are you a highly motivated and experienced Native English Speaker looking for a rewarding and dynamic teaching role in the heart of South Korea? An esteemed language institute is actively seeking dedicated Adult ESL Instructors to deliver personalized one-on-one classes, focusing on Business English and a variety of conversational topics. This full-time position is set to commence in July 2025 and is conveniently located in the central **Jongro or Gwanghwamun** areas of Seoul.

Position Details & Compensation:
- Location: Jongro or Gwanghwamun, Seoul
- Start Date: July 2025
- Student Type: Exclusively 1:1 Adult classes, encompassing Business English and general conversational topics.
- Training Period: A comprehensive 3-day induction training will be provided.
- Required Nationalities: Candidates must hold citizenship from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Contract Duration: 1-year contract
Flexible Operating Hours:
- Option 1 (Split Shift): 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM AND 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Option 2 (Block Shift): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Mandatory Paid Saturdays: Required twice a month, from 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
- Full-Time Payment: 2.3 million KRW ~ 2.6 million KRW (with potential for Bonus up to 2.8 million KRW ~ 3.6 million KRW total)
- Housing Benefit: 550,000 KRW Housing Allowance OR provided housing.
- Overtime Pay for Saturday Classes: An additional 300,000 KRW (for working twice a month).
- Split Shift Bonus: 100,000 KRW for the first half-year, an additional 200,000 KRW for the second half-year.
- Performance Bonuses: Includes Booking Bonus and Completion Bonus.
- Team Environment: Join a team of 9 experienced foreign teachers.
- Paid Vacation: 11 days annually.
