Adult English Teacher in Jongno & Gwanghwamun, Seoul

We are seeking experienced and passionate Native English Teachers for a 1:1 Adult English program located in Jongno and Gwanghwamun, Seoul. If you enjoy teaching business English, conversation, and TOPIK prep to motivated adult learners, this is the ideal position for you!

Type: 1:1 Adult Students
Subjects: Business English, Conversation, TOPIK
Training Period: 3 days

Working Schedule

Work Days: Monday to Friday
Contract Term: 1 year
Available Shifts:
- Split Shift: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Block Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday Work: Twice a month (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM) – Mandatory

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 2.3 – 2.6 million KRW/month
With Performance Bonuses: Up to 3.6 million KRW/month
Housing: 550,000 KRW housing allowance or furnished housing provided
Saturday Overtime: 300,000 KRW/month
Split Shift Bonus: 100,000 KRW (6 months) / 200,000 KRW (12 months)
Booking Bonus: Available
Completion Bonus: Available
Paid Vacation: 11 days + National Holidays
Health Insurance & Pension: Provided per Korean labor law

Eligibility

Nationality: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
Experience: Teaching experience preferred; adult teaching is a plus
Certificates: TEFL/TESOL preferred
