Early Grades ESL Teacher Position – 2026 Academic Year (E2 Visa Acceptable)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Grades ESL Teacher for the 2026 academic year. This position is ideal for educators passionate about supporting young learners in developing strong foundational English skills in a structured and nurturing environment.

Early Grades ESL Teacher (E2 Visa Acceptable)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Teaching certifications or accreditations preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Experience working with early years or elementary learners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate ESL lessons to develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
• Support students’ English language development across classroom activities and academic subjects
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and staff
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive multilingual learning environment
• Perform all duties associated with early years education, including pastoral care and student support
• Maintain effective parent communication regarding academic progress and development
• Plan, prepare, and conduct lessons according to the school schedule
• Record, assess, and report student performance in a fair, timely, and professional manner
• Comply with all SIE policies, standards, regulations, and procedures
• Demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, and positive social responsibility
• Collaborate with administrators and fellow teachers
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and clubs
