Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: RMB 26,000 – 32,000 before tax (depending on qualifications and teaching experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare teaching materials during designated prep time and develop original materials monthly aligned with the curriculum
- Implement the English curriculum effectively and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Chinese English Teachers to ensure lesson consistency and quality
- Maintain positive communication with parents and provide regular student progress updates
- Assist the Lead Montessori Teacher in reviewing English materials, reports, and parent communications for accuracy
Candidate Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- TEFL/TESOL/ELL certification required (unless degree is directly related with 2-year teaching reference)
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education
