Salary & Additional Information:
- 30,000 – 35,000 RMB/month (before tax, all-inclusive) for certified Montessori teacher
- 26,000 – 29,000 RMB/month (before tax, all-inclusive) for experienced ESL/Early childhood teacher
- Housing allowance/guidance (nearby rent: 5,000 – 6,000 RMB/month)

Requirements:
- Currently residing in China
- Native or near-native English proficiency (no strong accent)
- Montessori teacher must hold an AMS or AMI Montessori certificate (or currently in training)
- Passionate about early childhood education with a student-centered approach
