Job Opportunity Overview

Position: ESL Teacher (Kindergarten & Elementary)
Location: Yeonje-Gu, Busan, South Korea
Start Date: Early September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month renewable contract

Work Schedule

Work Days: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
School Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Student Age Group: Kindergarten and Elementary students

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: Starting from 2.6 million KRW (negotiable based on experience)
Vacation: 11 paid vacation days + all Korean public holidays (red days)
Housing: Fully furnished single-room apartment or monthly housing allowance
Airfare: Round-trip airfare provided
Severance Pay: Equivalent to one month’s salary after completion of the contract
Health Insurance: 50% employer-paid (National Health Insurance)
National Pension: 50% employer contribution (refundable for certain nationalities)

Job Requirements

Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or English-related preferred)
Eligible for an E-2 or F-series visa
Clean national criminal background check
Passion for working with young learners and adapting to Korean culture
