Professional ESL Teaching Opportunity – Songpa, Seoul
We are currently recruiting qualified and dedicated English teachers for an exciting full-time position in Songpa, one of Seoul’s most desirable residential areas. This role offers the chance to work in a well-established educational environment, focusing on early childhood development through immersive English instruction.
Location: Songpa District, Seoul, South Korea
Start Date: Early September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time ESL Kindergarten Position
Position Overview
- Teaching Schedule: Monday to Friday
- School Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Target Age Group: Kindergarten students
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Starting from 2.6 million KRW (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Paid Vacation: Summer: July 23 – August 1 | Winter: December 27 – January 2, in addition to national holidays
- Housing: Fully furnished one-room apartment or monthly housing allowance
- Airfare: One-way or round-trip airfare provided
- Severance Pay: One month’s salary upon completion of a 12-month contract
- Health Insurance: 50% employer-paid (as per Korean law)
- National Pension: 50% employer contribution (for eligible candidates)
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required)
- Fluent or native-level English proficiency
- Eligibility for an E-2 or F-series visa
- TEFL/TESOL or equivalent teaching certification preferred
- Experience teaching young learners is highly desirable
