Primary English Teacher – Grades 5–6 | Guangzhou, China | August 2025 Start

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Primary English Teacher to join a progressive bilingual school in Guangzhou, China. The ideal candidate will deliver creative and integrated instruction to Grades 5–6 students in a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative educational environment.

Start Date:

August 2025 (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English to upper primary students (Grades 5–6)
Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons
Integrate language learning with cross-disciplinary themes
Support students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening development
Collaborate with other subject teachers and participate in school events

Candidate Requirements:

Native English speaker or fluent English proficiency
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or related field preferred)
Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA required; PGCE preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of primary teaching experience
Experience with integrated or project-based learning a plus
Team-oriented and culturally responsive

What We Offer:

Monthly salary: ¥22,000–¥28,000 (pre-tax)
Housing allowance: ¥3,000/month
