English Teachers for Elementary Students in Dongtan, Gyeonggi

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English teachers to join our team in Dongtan, Gyeonggi. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach elementary students while experiencing the culture and lifestyle of South Korea.

Position Details:

Location: Dongtan, Gyeonggi, South Korea
Start Date: Mid-August 2025
Working Days: Monday – Friday
School Hours: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Teaching Hours: 2:25 PM – 7:05 PM
Student Level: Elementary

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Starting at 2.5 million KRW (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Paid Vacation: 1 week in summer, 1 week in winter, plus 1 additional personal day
Housing Options: Furnished one-room apartment provided or a housing allowance

Additional Benefits:

Round-trip airfare reimbursement
Severance pay upon contract completion
National health insurance (50% covered by the employer)
National pension (50% employer contribution)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (required)
Native English speaker or F-series visa holder preferred
TEFL/TESOL certification or teaching experience is a plus
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passion for working with young learners
